Kara G. Ashby

President Kara G. Ashby has more than 20 years of experience at Sedlak. Since she joined the firm in 1996, Kara has developed her knowledge of logistics as well as supply chain management processes and technology. In her previous role as Director of Client Services, she supported internal quality improvement initiatives, as well as project execution and client satisfaction.

Kara’s major area of expertise is in warehouse management system (WMS) design, implementation, and support of WMS concepts, including writing functional specifications; coordinating the vendor selection process; maintaining detailed project schedules; developing detailed process flow charts; writing and executing detailed test plans; and planning, conducting and documenting user training. She has managed many large-scale WMS implementations in her tenure at Sedlak.
