Patrick Sedlak has nearly 30 years of experience in executive level consulting management, with expertise in the areas of strategic facility planning, facility location analysis, warehouse management systems (WMS), economic justification, and overall concept development. He has planned over 15 million sq. ft. of facility space.
As an expert in supply chain/logistics and one of Sedlak’s top executives, Patrick actively manages multiple client projects and also supports many administrative functions of the firm. Patrick has also contributed to the following industry groups: Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (formerly CLM), ProMat, and Forum, National Conference on Operations and Fulfillment (NCOF), Bobbin, and Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC).
