Michael Davis’ areas of expertise are in distribution network strategy and the design, planning and installation of material handling systems and related warehouse management/control systems. He conducts supply chain analyses, prepares statistical evaluations, develops material handling and information systems concepts, writes functional specifications, provides economic justifications, coordinates the vendor selection process, plans project schedules and manages system installations.
